DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "PURE Casino Yellowhead" means Pure Casino Yellowhead, a large land-based casino located in northwest Edmonton, Alberta.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating in any game or promotion offered by PURE Casino Yellowhead, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

AGE RESTRICTION

PURE Casino Yellowhead is open only to individuals who are of the minimum age required for gaming in Alberta, which is 18 years old. Individuals under this age cannot participate in any game or promotion offered by PURE Casino Yellowhead.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you have complete control over your participation in games and promotions at PURE Casino Yellowhead, including setting limits on time spent playing and amount wagered.

WARES LOYALTY PROGRAM

PURE Casino Yellowhead's loyalty program is operated in accordance with the Pure Rewards and Winner’s Edge terms of service, which are subject to change without notice.

PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS

All promotions and events held at PURE Casino Yellowhead are governed by these Terms and Conditions, and you acknowledge that they may be amended or cancelled at any time.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT OF PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS

PURE Casino Yellowhead reserves the right to cancel or amend a promotion or event if circumstances beyond our control arise, including but not limited to technical issues or unforeseen events affecting gaming operations.

EXCLUSION FROM GAMING FLOOR

PURE Casino Yellowhead may exclude from its gaming floor any individual who has been convicted of an offense related to gaming, or anyone who is considered by PURE Casino Yellowhead management to be a risk to the casino's business or reputation.

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

You agree not to engage in conduct that could reasonably be expected to harm other patrons or employees at PURE Casino Yellowhead, including but not limited to fighting, intimidation, or disorderly behavior.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

PURE Casino Yellowhead shall not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from your participation in games or events held on its premises, and you agree to hold harmless all members of its staff and directors against such claims.

CLAIMS AND DISPUTES

You acknowledge that PURE Casino Yellowhead's decision regarding the outcome of any game is final and binding, and shall not be subject to dispute by you.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between PURE Casino Yellowhead and its patrons regarding their participation in games or promotions offered at the casino.

By participating in any game or promotion offered by PURE Casino Yellowhead, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
